Our primary objective is to help support individuals and organizations who have limited means of funds. However, we still accept applications for individuals or organizations who have larger budgets. Project specific funding and evaluation is considered for each and every individual application.

If we were charging an industry production rate, the average production would cost between 13,000 and 25,000 euros. Intense, right?

With our strategy, we mitigate the majority of any costs that may arise by doing everything we can to fundraise sufficient amounts to cover ALL of the creative costs for a project.

Additionally, together with you, and when needed, we collaborate to fundraise and cover any hard costs (such as visas, travel, etc.) that may also come up. This additional project subsidy is provided to individuals and organizations on a sliding scale and is based on need.

We are happy and willing to travel to anywhere in the world. We take into account current political and health risks into account but all locations are considered a possibility.

Production times vary depending on the scope and current projects. In general, we aim for a maximum of 6-8 months from the time of your request to final delivery. This includes all the "in-between" time between our meetings and final delivery.

Typically for the individual production, the process includes 3 meetings, 2-3 days of pre-production, 3-4 days of on-location production, and 5 days of post-production.

Films will vary in length however the majority of them will be 5-7 minutes in length.

The travel and production days all depend on the final production decisions that we make as we begin to plan everything with you. With that being said we will most often travel and arrive 1 or 2 days before production begins and depart 1 or 2 days after our production days have finished. The actual duration of the production on location all depends on final assets and plans.

These films and production pieces are integral to your brand and voice. While we bring expertise and enthusiasm to the table, it is crucial that the final product aligns with your vision. We prioritize your input throughout the process, ensuring that the outcome is the best it can be. To facilitate this, we implement a structured approach that includes up to two rounds of revisions. This structure not only keeps the revision process efficient but also ensures that the final product remains faithful to our pre-production plan. Your collaboration is essential as we work together to create a compelling narrative.

Yes, we do! In addition to screengrabs from our films, we can also provide photography as an additional or sole element for our productions, when needed and available.

While we don’t focus our efforts in this creative direction we’d be happy to connect you with some talented designers who may be able to help you.

Project Verite raises funds to cover 100% of the creative costs for select films and productions. Each project is assessed individually, prioritizing funding for creative expenses and when needed, additional support for any hard costs can also be granted.

Funding allocation primarily hinges on two key factors: the assessment of needs and the evaluation of existing funds. We consider the amount of funding you currently receive as an organization or individual while closely examining your needs related to the production. Assessing these two elements, we determine the optimal level of funding we can provide.
