The Process is a Gift
It is something we don’t take for granted…
In just a few days, we’ll be boarding a plane to the Philippines. For just over two weeks, our team at Project Verité will be on the ground, filming and capturing the lives of people whose stories deserve to be heard. In that time, we’ll be creating four films—each one unique, each one centered on people who carry courage, resilience, and hope.

The days leading up to a trip like this are always full. We spend hours piecing together story outlines, building interview questions, and planning how to capture the moments that matter most. On the surface, it’s a lot of logistics—schedules, flights, and equipment. But beneath it all, it’s something much deeper.
Because what truly brings us alive is not the act of filming itself, but the reason behind it. It’s the chance to tell stories that last.
Too often, films for nonprofits or organizations are created only for a campaign or a fundraiser. They serve their purpose, and then they fade away. But our heart beats for something different. We want to tell stories with longevity—stories that can live online, that can be shown to neighbors, shared in a small group, or watched together as a family. Stories that don’t expire after 12 months, but keep inspiring long after the cameras are packed away.
That’s why our focus is always hope and truth. Yes, our work often helps organizations raise support, but that’s not the main reason we exist. Our mission is to lift up voices, highlight journeys, and remind people that their story carries weight.
When we sit down with someone and hear their heart, when we listen to the battles they’ve fought, the sacrifices they’ve made, or the impact they’re creating—it changes us. It reminds us that this is a sacred privilege. We’re not just collecting footage; we’re being trusted with people’s lives. And we never want to lose sight of that.
Every interview, every scene, every conversation—it all becomes part of something bigger. We get to shape it into a story arc, one that not only presents truth but also inspires those who watch it. That process is a gift, and it’s one we hold with gratitude.
So as we prepare to step onto that plane, our prayer and hope is simple: that these stories matter. That they reach the right hearts. That they spark change—not just for the organizations we partner with, but for the people who watch.
That’s why we invite you to follow along. Not because we’re looking for clicks, likes, or numbers on a screen. Honestly, those things don’t move us. What matters is that these stories are seen. That they are remembered. That they are shared.
Because their story matters.
Your story matters.
And the bigger story we’re telling through Project Vérité—it matters more than words can say.
This is why we do what we do. And it’s why we can’t wait to share what’s coming next.
